Steven C. Rhatigan
Founder and Principal
Steve Rhatigan is a Chartered Lifetime Assistance Planner and a Certified Estate Planner, and has been in the financial and estate planning profession since 1975. In the early 1980's he began working with the special needs community and soon became an enthusiastic advocate helping build the national organization Estate Planning for Persons with Disabilities. He was also a founding member of the National Institute for Life Planning.
In 2005, Steve was nominated to serve on The President's Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities. This is the primary disability advisory council to the President and serves as a conduit between the special needs community and the federal agencies responsible for all needs-based care and support programs. On May 8, 2008, Steve was named as Chairman for the committee by President Bush.
